What is EDDM?

Every Door Direct Mailer (EDDM) is a tool offered by the U.S. Postal Service that allows you to send a mailer to every single house on a mail carrier's route. Just simply drop the mailers off at the nearest post office, choose your drop date up to 30 days in advance, and see your mailer hit doorsteps in a matter of days.

Before You Get Started

Please note, this is a complex EDDM that can take 15 minutes or more to finish. We recommend setting aside time to get all your thoughts organized before you begin working on the mailer. Place your text in a Google or Word document first before editing the template then copy it over.

Getting Started

You've crushed it with your recent sales and have some current listings to promote. We suggest using Recently Sold, Just Listed, Offers Received, and Under Contract as headers for each listing, however, this design is customizable so you're free to use any desired text.

The Basics

Aside from your contact information, you'll need 4 property photos, a headshot, and a personal or company logo. We recommend using both interior and exterior shots.

Your final proof will be printed double-sided on glossy stock paper, sized at 11" x 6.25".

  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.

  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
