President and Co-Founder

Eric leads all operations here at Breakthrough Broker, including sales, business development, and client relations. He has a profound love for kettle chips, occasionally reminiscences about his days as a detective, and is one heck of a dad. Eric’s drive and passion are just some of the traits that have contributed to the overall success of the company.

Nathan Froelich
CEO and Co-Founder

Nathan leads the company’s revenue, employment development, and website progression. He is a genuine guy who loves boating, enjoys classic movies like Office Space, and keeps his family first. Innovative and devoted, Nathan is damn good at taking Breakthrough Broker to the next level.

VP of Operations

Jacqueline, fondly known as JM, has been involved in essentially every aspect of the business from the beginning. She's in charge of all things operations and oversees all departments, including (but definitely not limited to) marketing, content, design, project management, customer success, development, and so much more. JM is the glue that keeps our team together and a great brunch companion.

Director of Brokerage Services

Meet Bobby, our incredible project manager. His diligence and passion for spearheading operations, customer relations, and logistics ensure projects are completed smoothly and efficiently. This adventure-loving outdoorsman always has his next camping or hiking trip planned.

Jennifer
Client Success Manager

Our clients are some of the happiest in the industry thanks to Jenn, our Client Success Manager. Her warm and inviting energy makes it easy for our internal team and external clients to appreciate the value she brings. After a successful day, Jenn unwinds by reading and cooking with her new husband, and getting groovy at concerts.

Customer Service Lead

Kyle is the answer to your problems - literally. He takes every customer request to heart and sincerely cares about our users. If Kyle can't solve it, he will find someone that can. Patience, kindness, and true empathy... he is the whole enchilada. Plus, as our resident musician, he always brings great energy to the office.

Lead Marketing & Growth Specialist

Jeff is a high-level marketing expert helping us grow BB through strategic planning and tactful execution. Not only does Jeff excel in marketing, but he is also witty and creative in numerous areas giving us the right amount of flavor; think eye-catching social media posts. Jeff enjoys skiing, golfing, and camping - with a glass of his favorite whiskey, of course.

Madde
Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist

Meet Madde, graphic designer and brand specialist here at BB! Madde is a dog mom to Loaki and Delilah, outdoor enthusiast, coffee connoisseur, and accumulator of one too many houseplants. Dig a little deeper past her hobbies and you'll find Madde is an observer of the world, life-long learner, and gatherer of things. With all of that said, she's a welcome addition to the crew!

Technical Project Manager

Drew collaborates with our development team to make sure everything is running smoothly on the backend for our BB users. He is a seasoned IT professional and has been working in the industry for a decade. When Drew isn’t tackling a tech issue, he’s on a hike with his wife and two chocolate labradors or enjoying a much-deserved cold one.

Content and Communications Manager

Marita is our Content and Communications Manager. She holds a degree in Public Relations and has a mostly, healthy obsession with anything marketing related. Outside of the office, you can find her at a local coffee shop, hiking with friends or on her way to a yoga class.

Gabe
Graphic Designer

Meet Gabe, one of our awesome graphic designers. He works on any and all designs here at BB. We’re sure you’ve seen some of his stuff on our website or social media pages. He’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys running and mountain biking in his spare time. We’re so happy to have Gabe on the BB team!

Project Manager

Witty with a contagious laugh, Sarah works alongside Bobby related to all things Brokerage Services. From streamlining projects, quality control for marketing centers, and building relationships with our brokers, Sarah is a incredible asset to the team. Meet Enessa, the orchestrator of orderliness and Office Manager extraordinaire at Breakthrough Broker. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at the office, you can find her traveling to new destinations, enjoying the beautiful outdoors or jamming out at a country concert.
