Getting started

Aside from your own contact information, you'll need a personal photo, four property photos, and various property details to create this two-sided flyer. You can also include a company or personal logo if available. For best results, follow these tips:

Property Photos

There are five photo slots on this property flyer. The primary photo will be the main art on the front of the flyer, so use your best photo in this slot (typically a shot of the home's exterior). Use the four remaining photo slots on the back for supplementary photos, such as shots of individual rooms or the back yard.

Property Details

There are two details columns on the backside of the flyer, allowing you to include up to 13 property details. This is where you can include specifics about the property, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, flooring styles, etc.

Finishing touches

Your final proof should be printed on both sides of a single sheet of paper. You can print on standard printer paper, but a heavier, glossy paper stock can go a long way toward improving the look and feel of the flyer.

  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.

Selecting your preset brand color
Say good bye to “Frankenstein” marketing.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
  1. Moving forward, every customizable marketing template you edit will automatically load with your brand color.

  3. Click Update to save changes.
