If that is the case this letter may not be of interest to you. However, if you still want to move, I've provided some information below that might be useful.


I pride myself on taking an honest and consultative approach to selling your property. For example, If you were to list your home with me, I would share the following information that will help you sell your home.

--The location
--The market
--Interest rates
--The number of motivated buyers in the market
