You put a yard sign at all of your listings whenever possible, right? Doesn't it make sense to also put your yard sign online? Now when you use MyOnlineYardSign.com you can efficiently and attractively do this for all your listing photos.

So how does it work?

The site is super easy to use, and it's built with responsive design, which means it will work on all your mobile devices.

  1. Go to MyOnlineYardSign.com and click "Get Started"
  2. Enter your contact info, and either choose a logo from our drop-down list or upload your own
  3. Upload your listing photos
  4. Preview the branded photos and check out

What's this gonna cost me?

Currently the site is free for agents. Over time the site will make money from advertising and other affiliate channels.

Will my MLS even allow this?

You will have to talk to them and find out. There's a resources page on the MyOnlineYardSign.com site where agents can get ideas and other information about MLS adoption. We believe this is a good thing for agents and the MLS.

Setting up team and two-agent branding
Market as a team.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Upload your teammate or team’s information, headshot, and logo.
  3. Open your desired marketing template and select two-agent or team in the left sidebar.

Selecting your preset brand color
Say good bye to “Frankenstein” marketing.
  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Edit Primary Brand Color widget.
  3. Select your brand color with the color picker or enter the Hexcode and click Select.
  1. Moving forward, every customizable marketing template you edit will automatically load with your brand color.

  1. Visit your BB Plus profile using the waffle icon in the to pright corner.
  2. Upload additional headshots and logos.
  3. Click Update to save changes.
  1. Edit your favorite marketing template and click on the headshot or logo image slot to pull up your library of images and select.
